1. How DachaTop Works
DachaTop connects guests looking for short-term dacha stays with hosts who publish listings. The platform provides listing discovery, map search, booking request tools, Telegram-based sign-in, and communication workflow support.
For Guests
- Search and filter dacha listings by region, dates, guests, amenities, and price.
- View listing details, photos, rules, and location information.
- Submit booking requests and track request status in the account area.
- Save favorite listings for later review.
For Hosts
- Create and manage listing details, pricing, images, and availability settings.
- Review booking requests and accept or decline requests at their discretion.
- Maintain accurate property information and communicate clearly with guests.
Platform Features
- Localized experience in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
- Map support for discovery and navigation context.
- Responsive interface for web and Telegram Mini App usage.
2. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration and profile information.
- Use only lawful and authorized payment, contact, and identity details.
- Respect local laws, community standards, and host property rules.
- Keep account credentials secure and report unauthorized account access promptly.
- Do not misrepresent listing details, booking intent, or personal identity.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use DachaTop for any prohibited purpose, including:
- Fraud, phishing, scams, harassment, or abusive behavior.
- Uploading harmful code, malware, or attempting to disrupt platform operations.
- Scraping or extracting platform data without permission.
- Posting unlawful, misleading, or offensive listing or user content.
- Bypassing platform safeguards, moderation, or access restrictions.
DachaTop may suspend or terminate access to any account involved in prohibited or suspicious activity.
4. Booking and Listing Rules
- Booking requests are not final until approved by the host.
- Hosts are responsible for listing accuracy and availability updates.
- Guests are responsible for reviewing listing terms before submitting requests.
- Both parties must communicate changes, cancellations, and issues in good faith.
- Platform administrators may moderate listings or content to protect users.
5. Limitations of Liability
- DachaTop acts as a platform intermediary and is not a party to stay agreements.
- DachaTop is not liable for property conditions, user conduct, cancellations, or disputes between guests and hosts.
- The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guaranteed uninterrupted service.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, DachaTop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. General Rules
- These terms may be updated from time to time, with updates posted on this page.
- Continued use of DachaTop after updates means you accept the revised terms.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Users must comply with applicable laws in Uzbekistan and relevant jurisdictions.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of the platform.
